Hi John

As you know this is the second time we have had a project completed by Timberworld Products.  The first was my Dutch barn style double garage which was completed by a fantastic team to our satisfaction; that was around 6 years ago.  Karen is going into the dog grooming business so we needed to extend our Dutch barn and we contacted Timberworld Products again.  Along they came, we discussed the project and I took their very worthwhile advice.  Karen wanted as much natural light as she could get and I wanted her to be comfortable while working, so away the team went, coming back a few days later with a terrific design, explaining to us that all the walls would be insulated, lined with plywood, a T&G floor and suggesting things that we hadn’t even thought about.  Within a few days we decided to go ahead with the project.  The team arrived and built it to our absolute satisfaction.  The tradesmen were polite, very courteous and completed the project within a week.  This was six weeks ago and we have now fitted it out as a dog grooming salon.  Karen and I are extremely pleased and satisfied with the project 100%.

Dear Iris & John,

I am writing to express, on Jane and my behalf, our most sincere thanks to the staff involved, including John, in erecting the car port earlier this week.  All your staff literally went out of their way to make the whole experience enjoyable and helpful in equal measure as Jane has informed me.

Whilst I was away at the time, of the onsite work, I know that all our dealings with you and the team has been thoroughly professional and personable in equal measure.

I thought it prudent to bring to your attention that both Jane and I felt truly at ease in our dealings and of note was John’s knowledge, attentiveness, tea drinking and professionalism which was most impressive.  Jane informed me that John and the team were the consummate experts whose confidence and customer care, a rare commodity today, knew no bounds.

In summary we would have no hesitation in recommending Timberworld Products to any prospective customer.  I trust that this letter will go some way in providing you with a view on the nature of the team who appear to help each other freely and are melded particularly well.  Our key focus is to deliver a flavour from an unbiased viewpoint.

Thank you so much for a marvellous job you did for me.  From the very first phone call you were so supportive and helpful especially when I didn't have a clue about what to do and where to start.  The craftsmanship of my building is a very high quality and my sceptic friends have all remark on this.  The team who erected my building which was very large also erected a field shelter and an office in the most remarkable time Monday to Wednesday lunchtime.  The team were efficient and hardworking and very nice people to have around.  I enjoyed them being here.  They left my site very clean and tidy. It was the most enjoyable experience watching the progress especially as I have not done this before

I would have no hesitation in using you again and recommending you to anyone who may need a timber building

We are extremely pleased with the service you offered, it was great to see an installed garage prior to placing our our order, your team were brilliant, working through the rain the garage just flew up, we have used reclaimed tiles, I have boarded the loft using osb boards, joists and galvanised beam hangers (materials less than £300 ) with access only from inside the shed, I have increased the security on the shed door using a 4.2 mm thick piece of steel to stop anyone getting a crow bar leverage to open it.
